We utilise CADCAM and a wide variety of machines to produce components to very tight tolerances. These components are meticulously inspected using calibrated metrology tools to ensure perfect parts, every time.
We work with approved vendors to accommodate electroplating/coating requirements. These include chromate conversion, anodising/hard anodising, powder coat, silver, gold, zinc and nickel. This coupled with full material and plating traceability ensures piece of mind.
